This 1951 MG TD was acquired by the seller’s late father in 2008, and a subsequent refurbishment conducted by Highland Automotive of Highland, New York, was completed in 2011. Work involved installing a five-speed manual transmission, rebuilding the 1,250cc XPAG inline-four and the dual SU carburetors, replacing the beige soft top, retrimming the black leather upholstery, refinishing the wood dashboard, and overhauling the electrical, fuel, and braking systems.
