Over the years, Porsche has more or less laid claim to the term “rennsport,” but it simply refers to motorsport or “racing sport” in their native German. The Rennsport Collection, represented by Group C Curation, reappropriates the term in that broader sense, as it features eight late-model sports cars from one owner and his immediate family, all of which are inspired by racing in the grand European tradition. Porsches are not underrepresented, as they comprise more than half of the collection, and the pair of Ferraris and the Ford GT are models that squared off with contemporary 911s in various racing series.
