The cabinet is outfitted with a glass playfield cover, a digital score display, a shaker motor, and LED lighting throughout. Sega Pinball released the first edition of this machine in 1999 before being acquired by Stern Pinball later that year. This example is a first edition that was produced after that acquisition.
