Detroit’s second-largest automaker is recalling a small number of Bronco Sport crossovers and Maverick pickups for incorrectly installed or repaired front lower control arm ball joints. The incorrect installation or repairs occurred at the vehicle assembly plant, and both conditions increase the risk of control arm separation from the front wheel knuckle.
