2027 Chevrolet Corvette Gets A Bigger V8 As Fuel Economy Barely Changes

Not As Thirsty As ExpectedGreat fuel economy is not usually expected from high-performance sports cars, but the numbers are still useful for things like estimating fuel costs on a trip. For those considering the 2027 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray or the new Grand Sport, the upside is that the new 6.7-liter LS6 V8 does not appear to bring a major fuel-efficiency penalty despite the increase in horsepower, at least in Canada.According to GM Authority, Natural Resources Canada, which publishes fuel-efficiency ratings for vehicles sold north of the border, has released figures for the 2027 Corvette Stingray and Grand Sport.
