Modified 2011 BMW S1000RR Wunderlich “MADUSA”

This 2011 BMW S1000RR was built as a Wunderlich product showcase bike by William Plam of Wunderlich America in Hendersonville, North Carolina, in 2012. The bike is called “MADUSA”, in a nod not only to the German-built “MAD MAX” Wunderlich project bike that preceded it, but to its assembly in the USA. The bike is powered by a liquid-cooled 999cc inline-four paired with a six-speed transmission and is finished in satin black with exposed carbon-fiber accents.
