This 1974 DeTomaso Pantera was sold new through McCormick Lincoln-Mercury of Trenton, New Jersey, and is said to have been driven until 1979 before being taken off of the road as part of a build commissioned by the original owner. Updates over the ensuing decades included a 1980s and 1990s suspension overhaul, the addition of a GT5-style Hall-Pantera body kit in 2006, and installation of a Ray Barton–built 429ci V8 in 2008.
