1974 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 Race Car

This 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 was sold on BaT in July 2020 and subsequently modified for track use by its previous owner. Chassis AR3024814 was acquired by the seller in 2023 and has since been campaigned in various Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association (VSCDA) racing events. The car is finished in red with number 48 roundels and rides on silver 15″ Rota wheels fitted over disc brakes at all four corners. Power is supplied by a 2.0L twin-cam inline-four with dual Weber carburetors and a side-exit exhaust system, while shifting is via a Schwitters close-ratio five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
