Chassis 8771 was completed in May 1966 for delivery in the US via Luigi Chinetti Motors in New York and underwent a color change to red at some point before the 1990s. The car was purchased in 1991 by a Colorado owner who retained it for 18 years before passing it on to his son in Washington in 2009.
