This Jaguar E-Type Lightweight re-creation was constructed between 2016 and 2022 by Classic Performance Restorations in Arizona with aluminum bodywork fabricated by Tin Element in Colorado in the style of the Lightweight Low-Drag coupe campaigned at Le Mans and Nürburgring in 1964. Finished in blue, the car is based on the underpinnings of a 1962 E-Type coupe and is powered by a 3.8-liter XK inline-six that features a wide-angle cylinder head, dry-sump lubrication, and a Lucas fuel injection system with individual throttle bodies converted to operate with MoTeC electronic control.
