This coffee table was constructed by the seller in March 2026 using components from a supercharged V8 Mercedes-Benz AMG engine. The assembly was powder-coated in black and has a glass tabletop covering the intake plenum and supercharger, supported by four metal posts. This Mercedes-Benz coffee table is now offered at no reserve in Atascadero, California.
The engine features a black powder-coated block, cylinder heads, and valve covers along with a champagne-finished supercharger assembly and chrome powder-coated exhaust manifolds.
A metal frame that has been heat-treated and clear-coated to subtly shift between blue and purple tones supports the engine. The glass tabletop is supported by four pistons atop the metal frame. The top rises 24″ from the ground and measures 48″ by 36″.
A plaque featuring the builder’s signature is mounted on the supercharger.
