Oliver Rowland got his Formula E title defence on track by emerging victorious in a chaotic second Monaco race.The Nissan driver made his moves late amid a collision-littered event to cross the line ahead of Mahindra’s Edoardo Mortara – who was carrying a 10-second time penalty for sending Antonio Felix da Costa into a spin from second at the chicane on the first lap.The chaos level was such that Da Costa’s Jaguar was still back in the lead fight by the end and was classified third behind first-time podium finisher Felipe Drugovich’s Andretti Porsche once Mortara’s penalty kicked in.Mortara ended up fifth behind Mitch Evans – who has vaulted into the championship lead (now ahead of Rowl …
