Full-Price Buy BackPopular Indian passenger car and SUV manufacturer Mahindra is offering to buy back the limited Batman Edition BE 6 EV sold last year at full price. This move is Mahindra’s response to buyers of the first batch of 999 units being unhappy with the perceived loss of exclusivity, now that a follow-up batch of a further 999 units has been announced for 2026.

The Batman EditionBuilt by Mahindra under licence from Warner Bros and DC Comics, the BE 6 Batman Edition was announced in mid 2025, exclusively for the Indian Market, and was supposed to be limited to just 300 units. Inspired by Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, the SUV contrasts matt black bodywork and gloss black bumpers and cladding, with gold-finished Batman logos peppered across the exterior and bespoke badging at the rear.
