Out of the Blue Whenever Kimera is brought up in conversation, the usual topics are its classic Lancia-inspired designs, like the K-37 and K-38. The brand is no stranger to improvement and iteration, as is the case with the Kimera EVO38, whichfeatures a lightweight body, at just over 2,400 lbs, and up to just 650 horsepower. Now I say “just” because Kimera has one-upped itself again with the new Kimera K-39 – Powered by Koenigsegg. Coming in at just under 2,500 pounds and fitted with a Koenigsegg V8 engine, the K-39 makes a “safe” 1,000 horsepower. This is the same Koenigsegg motor that goes into its hypercars like the Regeras and Jeskos.
