The most expensive cabriolet in Merc’s lineup is getting a well-deserved refresh for the 2027 model year. As part of the facelift, the mad professors in Affalterbach will purportedly discontinue the four-pot SL 43 in favor of a six-cylinder version that should be christened SL 53.
