GM Recalls Older Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra Trucks for Airbag-Related Concern

The largest automaker of the Detroit Big Three has identified a safety issue that affects 2018 and 2019 model year half-ton pickup trucks. In the affected Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC 1500 vehicles, the left- and right-side roof rail airbag inflator end caps may detach.
