That said, it’s an entirely different animal compared to the garden-variety GT, and it’s a few rungs higher than the already potent Dark Horse.Despite the price tag, Ford has shifted a good amount of Mustang GTDs. From a previous report, the Blue Oval managed to shift 231 examples of what’s essentially a street-legal GT3 racer. Not only that, the first batch of models has already been spoken for. Turns out, there is a market for a mega-buck Mustang.
