Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Ejection Seat at No Reserve

This ejection seat was manufactured by Martin-Baker Aircraft Company in 1974 for use in a McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II supersonic fighter-bomber. The seat is constructed from a mix of aluminum and steel and features padded cushions trimmed in perforated black vinyl. The seat is mounted on a wheeled base. Acquired by the seller in September 2025, this ejection seat is now offered at no reserve in Nashville, Tennessee.

McDonnell Douglas produced 5,195 F-4 Phantom II fighter-bombers between 1958 and 1981. Assembly and manufacturing dates on tags found on various components of the seat are photographed in the gallery.
