Defending Superbike TT winner Davey Todd has been declared unfit for this year’s Isle of Man TT event, following the crash he sustained during qualifying for the Daytona 200 in March that left him with a broken femur and tibia.Todd had originally hoped to be fit for the crown jewel of his racing calendar following the crash, and has spent much of the past six weeks working with Italian sports centre Formula Medicine in an attempt to be fit enough to make it to the TT.However, his hopes were dealt a blow last week when he was declared unfit for the North West 200 after doctors there examined the condition of his still-healing broken bones on his latest scans.And, in a statement released on Tuesday morning, less than two weeks from the start of practice for the TT, the race organiser confirmed that, given th …
