Not that long ago, Stellantis North America axed its plug-in hybrid models for 2026 to focus on regular hybrids and range-extended electric vehicles. Unsurprisingly, high-voltage battery issues are partly to blame for their discontinuation. Stellantis North America has recently identified yet another battery concern that affects the Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid, with Chrysler determining that 17,277 units may be affected stateside.
