Japan’s Love for Special EditionsJapan loves its special editions. From toys, clothing, and even food and beverages, the moment something is marketed as limited and potentially collectible, you can pretty much guarantee there will be very interested customers. Cars, of course, are no exception.BMW Japan is very well aware of this. We’ve covered several of these in the past, the most recent being the Edition Shadow models. Less than 500 of these were made, so it’ll be a rare sight to see those over there. Now, there’s another limited-run model, and the company has come up with a rather interesting way to hype it.
