Blizzard Warning: 12 Inches of Snow & 50 MPH Winds Target Wisconsin & Michigan Highways Over Easter Weekend

NWS Marquette has upgraded to Ice Storm Warnings across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula as a second wave of freezing rain takes aim at highways already battered by two days of ice, sleet and snow.
