It’s funny that I was discussing cheap Hellcat options just yesterday in that Challenger Scat Pack Swinger piece, and lo and behold, we just came across the cheapest Challenger flagship you’re likely to ever find. Keep in mind, this car has covered 108,000 miles (174,000 km), and it’s not shy about showing off its age. The paint could use some work, and the interior isn’t exactly pristine.
