This 1998 Ducati 916 is said to have been used as a track bike by its original owner, who fitted a replacement 916cc L-twin and raced it for two seasons. It was acquired in 2013 by the seller who disassembled it and carried out a build that included fitting carbon-fiber bodywork, an Arrow exhaust system, an Öhlins monoshock and steering damper, braided stainless-steel hoses, SpeedyMoto clip-ons and sliders, titanium hardware, Dzus fasteners, a digital Translogic Micro dash, Ducati 1098 wheel, suspension, and braking components, and more.
