This three-wheeled dump truck was constructed by the seller as part of a multi-year project initiated in 2022 by fitting a custom leading axle fork to a 1992 GMC Forward chassis and affixing Mazda T2000–style fiberglass bodywork to its tilt-forward cab. A manually operated dump bed was also added, and it has a wood-slat bed floor and a headache rack. Power is from a 3.9-liter turbodiesel inline-four linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dually rear axle.
