This 1980 International Harvester Scout II Traveler was acquired on BaT in September 2020 by the selling dealer, who subsequently repaired the air conditioning system, changed the oil, and painted the grille black. Finished in white with Rallye-style graphics over Sierra Tan vinyl, the truck is powered by a 345ci V8 linked to a replacement four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. It rides on 15″ steel wheels and is further equipped with a removable Terra-style fiberglass hardtop, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, manually locking front hubs, KYB shocks, Turbo mufflers, and an Edelbrock carburetor.
