This 1970 Jaguar XKE Series II roadster left the factory in November 1969 finished in Signal Red over black leather and was delivered new through British Leyland in New York. Chassis 1R11228 subsequently underwent a color-change to Regency Red with Cinammon leather upholstery as well as an engine rebuild and additional mechanical work as part of a multi-year refurbishment completed from 2004 to 2020.
