P-51–Themed, 428-Powered ERA 427SC Roadster 4-Speed

This ERA 427SC Cobra replica was acquired new by the seller in 2003 and fitted with a 428ci Ford FE V8 that was assembled by Danbury Competition Engines and linked to a Toploader four-speed manual transmission. In 2014, the car received a custom livery inspired by the World War II-era P-51 Mustang fighter plane, with design elements including a bonded aluminum finish over the fiberglass bodywork as well as functional six-port exhaust outlets located on either side, military-style graphics, simulated .50-caliber gun turn signals, and red-and-yellow accents on the nose.
