Cosworth BDA-equipped 1963 Austin Mini 5-Speed Project at No Reserve

This 1963 Austin Mini is a left-hand-drive non-running project that was the subject of a multi-year build led by Marc Witt in the 1990s. The car was modified to accommodate an offset 1.7-liter Cosworth BDA inline-four and a Ford five-speed manual transaxle. Following the owner’s 2014 acquisition, the project was partially disassembled and the engine was converted to fuel injection during a reported rebuild by Hasselgren Engineering of Berkeley, California.
