1961 Daimler SP250

This 1961 Daimler SP250 spent more than five decades with its prior owner, who commissioned a refurbishment that was completed in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The car was then listed on BaT in June 2019 and again in October 2020, when it was acquired by the current seller. Subsequent work performed by The Creative Workshop in Florida and Evans Automotive Repair in Ohio totaled more than $100k and involved changing the interior and exterior colors, overboring the 2.5-liter V8 as well as fitting it with a single Weber downdraft carburetor, and adding an overdrive unit to the four-speed manual gearbox.
