This 1955 Ford Thunderbird was acquired by the current owner in 1984 and is currently a project that runs intermittently and has remained off the road for several years. The 292ci V8 was replaced in the early 1980s under prior ownership, and the car is equipped with a three-speed automatic transmission. Work in 2025 included replacing the ignition coil, starter, spark plugs, and spark plug wires.
