This 1952 Nash-Healey Roadster is one of approximately 500 examples produced between 1951 and 1954 and was previously owned by Carl Chakmakian during his time at Nash. Chakmakian joined Nash in 1953 and remained at AMC after Nash’s merger with Hudson in 1954. During his time with AMC, he would become the manager of AMC’s Performance Activities Department and bring the manufacturer into Trans-Am. In 1958, Chakmakian had this car fitted with a 327ci Rambler Rebel V8, an engine project he helped champion at AMC.
