This 1939 Packard One Twenty is a Series 1701 model that was purchased for actress and principal soprano at the Metropolitan Opera, Lily Pons. It was ordered via the Packard Motor Company of New York and sent to the Derham Body Company of Philadelphia, where it was outfitted with custom Panel Brougham bodywork before being delivered to Ms. Pons on November 19, 1938.
