You’ve probably heard the saying that all publicity is good publicity. I’m not sure how true that is, but I believe it applies here. Ram is recalling more than 12,000 trucks because they’re simply too fast. That is to say, their top speed limiters were incorrectly set, allowing them to exceed their tires’ max speed rating.
