In the US, most enthusiasts are still on the fence about a hybrid coupe wearing the Prelude badge. In Japan, though, demand has been strong from the start. Honda may have underestimated just how much weight the Prelude name still carries at home.That early demand led to the first special model, the Honda ON Limited Edition (with black roof and other niceties), which sold out quickly. Buyers had to move fast to get one, showing that supply couldn’t keep up. Now, with interest still high, Honda looks ready to roll out a second limited-edition version for Japan.
